Do you believe that in order to be happy and healthy, you must be someone other than yourself?
Let's stop looking at perfect awareness in every instant of life as a goal to strive for or reject. The truth is that we are all perfect in our own right. The concept of awareness is broad, and it encompasses more than just sensory awareness.

For example, awareness is more about empathy and ethics than merely listening during a business or personal conversation. When driving or moving from one location to another at home or on the street, awareness refers to understanding where we are going and why we are going.

“Why did I come here?” you wonder aloud, in your own home, in a room other than the one you were in only a few minutes earlier. It's possible that you'll find yourself inquiring. Mindfulness is about knowledge, care, and precision while working, whether it's house cleaning or office job. If all of these definitions have made staying in that iconic moment more empathetic, genuine, accessible, and, most importantly, beneficial in your view, then perhaps you can now say yes to investigating the domains of awareness. Let's go on if you answered yes.

In fact, all that is required of us is for us to be calm, steady, and nurturing in our actions.
To be conscious, we don't have to put the world on hold outside of the action's fundamental notion. Leave it in its current state. If having music playing in the background while doing any work benefits you, keep it on and listen if you know, perceive, and feel it. Make it the focus of your attention as well. Being attentive involves focusing our attention on something that does not require us to see every every element of the action.

In any case, trying it out was like living life in slow motion. It's the state of paying attention to the activity's direction, the path, and what's going on along the way. When we choose to include rather than exclude, we open up the possibility of taking a closer look at what is going on. In this way, we can include and enjoy other aspects of our lives that we previously overlooked without having a thorough understanding of them.

The way our thoughts work is similar to how any other living organism tries to live. You can become fatigued from the burdens of the mind while it is intense and busy. If, on the other hand, you spend most of your time in your mind while your complaint persists, the stress caused by the advice to stay in the present on a regular basis, despite the mind's insistence on feeding its hunger for nourishment with the past and future, may be suppressing the peace promised to you. “How and when will I plan my future if I stay in the moment all of the time?” asks this suppressing effort. These types of questions can pique your interest.

If the future of the past is our present, we are currently constructing and sowing the seeds of the future. Do you believe that remembering to plant today's seeds of peace and happiness away from suffering is the best way to construct the future?

If you've read this far, you could believe that, despite the fact that there is no such thing as success, you can attempt, fail, or fail even if you try. Meditation might not have made you feel as good as you had hoped. The most difficult task may have been to not sit erect, but rather to follow your own breathing, which you believe you have some influence over, to the point where your mind is muddled and diverted. Perhaps you've had the most disappointment and unhappiness in this situation.

To summarise, perhaps you have already learned, perhaps you have chosen to stay at a certain distance, that awareness in daily life and the experience of meditation as a tool can be a mediator of a wider and more spacious living experience within the same square metres.
