After having an almost robotic habit of getting up at 4:00 am to make breakfast and lunch to wait for transportation and thus go to my workplace, execute my work responsibilities and wait for transportation at 3:00 pm (I miss this) to return home and then go down to my mother's house to share with my family, it has really been quite different, because of the confinement not so much, I live alone and being isolated and alone for me is almost a normal condition, I do not suffer for that.

Financially, there is an affectation, because in addition to my formal work, like all Venezuelans, I look for other income alternatives, complicated, because in my country we are abiding by the quarantine and when we stay at home, our net income is suddenly affected.

Currently I do not know any person affected by the coronavirus, THANK GOD, but if I have many friends who are not in quarantine because of their profession at the moment, on the contrary, they are treating many people who are specifically affected by the Coronavirus in Ecuador. God protect you and give you the strength to continue because here in Venezuela your children hope to hug you again.

Being a better person? I ask myself daily Will we get through this? Will we stay alive? And well, God only knows, I really believe we are what we want to be, in good times And in bad times as thinking, rationally thinking human beings, we don't have to go through this to act positively in our lives. However, the time if I have taken advantage of it, unfortunately most of my family are more than 12 hours away from the road and I can hardly ever see them, here I only occasionally have Mama, Stepfather and my two brothers, in normal conditions in our country, I travel alone on vacation, currently due to the availability of time I have been able to communicate with them by phone, I have even met new cousins on social networks. I am always pending but the one who makes the calls is my mother, I realized that they miss me, it is necessary to speak directly with our loved ones.

I will tell you a secret:

I am a prisoner who escapes in the morning to her mother's house, we live nearby, four blocks away, I put on my mouth-cap and I go every day to be with my family and to be able to share with you around here on this platform because I don't I have internet in my house.

I spend all day here.

This quarantine has allowed me to bring out new skills, for example, Repair the handle of my knives: even personalized.

RYPO
are my initials,
Rosberlly Yoselin Padrón Ortega
it's my name.

Excessive care, always following the rules, I only walk four blocks and arrive washing my hands, my face, I drink lemon tea with my family and so we go.

I read news that shocks me, for example the latest is the case in Ecuador, which even burns the dead on the street. Internalizing that everyone would like a normal burial but we know that it cannot, we must maintain peace and tranquility.

I cook when it is my turn, I repair things for my mother, such as the hair straightener, the microwave and how much she takes out, that if the table has to be fixed, the door must be welded, anyway, taking advantage of the time at extreme and hoping in God that this will happen soon and we all continue with life.

I have realized once again how important we are to God and how NOTHING we are to others, it is not being selfish to think this, it is a reality that we live daily, yes, we are nothing because really the only thing we are is a person , like a simple grain of sand within an immense sea where the one who coordinates the waves, the tide and even the cleaning time is GOD. We almost always think that we are indispensable for the maintenance and economic stability of those around us, especially the family.

This quarantine has made me see that I really am nobody, nobody because? Nobody because I have limitations that only GOD can really take control and I only remain as one more spectator, I always want to save everyone and I am only a vulnerable human being like anyone.

I will tell you an anecdote

About two years ago, my best friend who has blood pressure problems called me urgently who needed support because she was experiencing a strong family situation; After about 20 minutes I managed to get to his house, I left in what we know here in Venezuela as a motorcycle-taxi because of the rush and because the car was damaged, we talked and it wasn't long when it collapsed, literally I couldn't find what to do, I asked for alcohol to put in her nose and thus return it, thank God she came back, I quickly went to look for a taxi and took her to the nearest healthcare center where unfortunately they did not have a blood pressure monitor, we continued the route to the hospital where we finally managed to they attended to him, his tension was at 5, I do not remember if he said that the high or low, I only know that it was very low and I saw her almost dead, the doctor tells me: I need this urgently and she gave me the recipe (a yelco and a ringer) anyone who reads will say: Damn if it's nothing! and it really is like that, but at that time my capital when I left my house was only 30,000Bs and I had already paid 25,000Bs between the motorcycle and the taxi that left us in the hospital, I only had 5,000Bs I remember exclaiming in my voice high MY GOD I need a Yelco and a ringer !.

Days before, a sister from the church that my parents attend died and I was supporting her with the transfer and proceedings regarding all the burial, the man who prepares the bodies at the funeral home saw me and said: HEY Gorda, What do you need? and I told him I need a Yelco and a ringer, he automatically said to me: come, and he took me to a room where the director of the hospital was with his mother hospitalized by a hypertensive crisis, I didn't even say anything, he himself spoke and the Director gave me what I needed, I ran to the emergency room and they placed it on me, I felt powerless to not be able to do anything but that day GOD taught me firsthand that He is the owner of gold and silver, that He is the one who does He loves and uses the right people to solve situations if it is his will.

Why did I tell you about my anecdote?

Simple, because that's how I currently feel, IMPOTENT, because I can do nothing, nothing to help the world, my family, nothing to help my coworkers, my friends, my neighbors, so many people that he dies every day, the only thing I do every day in the world is to ask God who is the only one who can do something, TO HEAL OUR EARTH, that this Pandemic is over, that his mercy reaches us in the powerful name of Jesus.

To improve my spirits I want to share with you what I found there on YouTube; A week ago Zandú, this Venezuelan singer and artist composed and published on his YouTube channel a song by him titled:

"What a crazy thing this virus is"
Today I saw him and his lyrics although it is somewhat comical has a message of reflection regarding compliance with the rules and staying at home for our safety and that of ours, identify me and here I share the video and its lyrics.

Video source and song lyrics.

It's been several days
I have not gone out or asked what happened
I've walked away from people
And at first I took it easy

But it already stresses me
My head is going crazy
Not much flour left, no beer
I have cleaned the kitchen, I have fixed the fridge and I have cooked up to 10 recipes

What a crazy thing
You have to wear a mask
And if they greet each other they don't touch
This thing would be
I know it causes
Going out on the street is wrong

I stay at home and endure the quarantine I no longer shave I am not sorry, I have called my old school friends and I have found out that more than one is in the same but outside, those who have a partner are not so bad, have to have fun to enjoy
But maybe with so much fun
Have a blessing for December!

With the Market I have finished, and I spent all that, in four movies I saw yesterday, and the quarantine is only on day three, everything is clean, I have made friends with the neighbor, he told me about the son's life, I got into yoga I have written a thousand songs
And I even made passes with myself

I just can't find what to do
I already looked at the networks
It's going to kill me stress
Hey! What would people have done with paper

What a crazy thing
You have to wear a mask
And if they greet each other they don't touch
This thing would be
I know it causes
Going out on the street is wrong

Let no one leave home
Until the virus goes away
Until I win the battle
What if we learned nothing after this
We are our own virus our very plague

Let's pause
At this rate that consumes
That the earth is destroyed
What if we need one and the other
And when this is over we all hug

And i say goodbye
Although I know it was not in vain
I have not washed my hands for a while
I hope this humble song will serve you
It is something for the fuck but with reflection

Stay home ...

Ya son varios días encerrao
No he salido ni he preguntao que pasao

¡Epa!

Somos nuestro propio virus nuestra misma plaga

Vamo a ponerle pausa
