I agree, on line ordering normally works very quick, although the parts may be from China. I had an issue with an old laptop which needed a new battery, which were apparently obsolete, but I found the exact thing online, made in China and it fitted correctly and works 100%. The service providers were not prepared to fit the Chinese part.
