Noon Gun Smooth Bore Lager.
Noon Gun is a Craft Brewery in the Western Cape Province of South Africa. I got my hand on one of their Smooth Bore Lager, which is the subject of my post today.
This Lager comes in a 340ml bottle and has a 4.8% alcohol content and according to the label it should be served a nice cool 4 degrees Celsius
This beer is inspired by the Noon Gun, which is an 18 pounder, smooth bore, muzzle loading canon that is fired daily at noon in the city of Cape Town. .
It pours with a nice dense white foam head, on top of a pale light golden colour.
Just look at that beautiful BEER!! The beer tasted great with a nice cold refreshing crispness to it.
