Today I would like to look at Matthew 24 verse 11 to 13
11)and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people.
12)Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold,
13)but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved
Some people claim they preach the word of God, but they just preach prosperity messages. They tell people, what they like to hear - a message of prosperity. They tell the people they can do what they want and everybody will go to heaven. These are false prophets. For those who follow these false prophets, it has disastrous consequences as it destroys their love for God and their neighbors, as the only focus on themselves and what they want.
Only we who stand firm will be saved and will receive eternal life.
