When I looked at my step count and it showed 11111, I just had to post, what are the chance that it will ever happen again
I did not take any photos of today's activities, but most of the day was spent at work behind my desk. In the afternoon after work my wife and I took the dog for a walk, which we all enjoyed.
Currently I am not spending any time in the gym, as I had a small operation on my leg, I will start with the gym again, in next week.
