Today I would like to look at 1 Peter 3 verse 15 to 16
15)But have reverence for Christ in your hearts, and honour Him as Lord. Be ready at all times to answer anyone who asks you to explain the hope you have in you,
16)but do it with gentleness and respect. Keep your conscience clear, so that when you are insulted, those who speak evil of your good conduct as followers of Christ will be ashamed of what they say.
We must testify about our relationship with Jesus Christ and what it means to give Jesus control of our lives. We must do this with humbleness so that the power of Christ inside us becomes visible. We must have a clean conscience so that people cannot say bad things about us, and when they do they will be ashamed about it.
