I had a similar master file problem but I built a mediawiki and then a Drupal system (and now I'm currently playing around with seeing if a strapi/vuejs system is going to be better or worse design-wise, atm it look like it will be easier from a portability point of view because Drupal is occasionally a pain in the system to shift over to my laptop when I need it there) before the crashing became an issue mostly because I really needed much better searchability and filtering/sorting XD

Are you looking into hosting or you going to do what I'm currently doing and have a NUC (or some other cheapish computer) sitting on your desk or in some out of the way place that can stay on permanently? :D
