Those wings are exactly what I thought they were. Wow that is beautiful :O Also SEVEN METRES I knew those ridiculously froofy skirts had a lot in them but DAMN what the.
I kinda like applique _ and I really hate basting x_x I escape it when I'm mending stuff for the most part (because I love having way too much fun with visible mending) but apparently it's kinda necessary for quilts aaaaahhhhh D|
Why would it take so long to create? Surely there's only $50 worth of fabric in there, so why would I need to spend several hundred dollars on a costume like this?
BAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAAAAAAA this is how one tells me that they have literally no idea about anything at all in one sentence or so. I have only had a handful of similar encounters but witnessed many many more in both webdev and art where people who have no idea are somehow quite confidently extremely wrongly adamant that something "should only take a few minutes".
And I mean technically there was $50 of material in there, it was just the rest of the stuff you need as well.
