Your title amused me somewhat from recent experiences. As I think you know my daughter tried out high school this year and school literally made her sick. Initially it was bog standard sickness (when winter hit in term 3 she caught everything that came through the school), and after that it was the kind of "sick" you feel when you have a deep anxiety about something or the kind that you manufacture when you are absoutely desperate to not do something. I eventually pulled her out amidst frantic protests of how much she loved school and didn't want to quit (she couldn't really argue with the fact that she wasn't going and that she always without fail made the most miraculous recovery when it came time to go to gymnastics) and she hasn't been sick or "sick" since.
