If not a conspiracy theory then such a big problem that most people shrug and declare "OH WELL" and then actively refuse to put any more thought power into it and figure they may as well "live life to the full" at literally any and all cost because what's the point.

_{sub/consciously this thought process and apparently also hitting my middle-aged home improvements arc according to sibling dearest has kind of made me start thinking about doubling down on my technonaturalistic outlook XD}

I read J the paragraph about the hook or by crook and he laughed at the end where you say that's where the phrase oreiginated saying I WAS JUST THINKING THAT.

I don't remember much about Lord of the Flies aside from I think I was similar in age to the kids when I read it and I thought they were all stupid ^_;
