Straight up, I really struggle with this XD Everything in my life is very interrelated and I just find it easier not to separate them out.

But I do strongly recommend it for everyone that is able.

Maybe they're just "used" to you and prefer the comfort of familiarity (a lot of my boys get very nervous about going up a level towards the end of the year and say they want to stay with me, and I have to reassure them that they will not only LOVE the next coach once they get to know them, but in the case of my comp group, the next coach is the one that teaches all the flips).

Or maybe they feel they have a rapport with you and it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if you did do more or had a better way of imparting information in a way that they found at least insightful if not impactful enough to actually try to action.
