A bright sunny day, absolutely no reason to see it go to waste!
Standing, Enjoying soothing thoughts as the river Is flowing slowly as It starts to get faster then falls, straight down 180 feet,
(before my friend called me to look) It did make for a great snapshot though!
So now I find myself walking down the rocky dirt path behind the waterfall to the other side.
I love this photo! As you look back, the sun hit between the trees, perfectly mixing with the cooling mist, made for the slightest rainbow in the right corner of north falls.
Hiking down and enjoying scenery, I had to stop, cool off, and test out this bench!
Okay time to continue.. Getting up and enjoying myself as I walk half a mile down the trail, I jump over a few tree logs, along with some slippery rocks, and now we made It to twin falls!!
After I had a nice little trek, I decided hey, an empty bench. I think a slight nap is in order.
So in closing, For a day of relaxation or exercise. Silver falls is a great place to hike. Anyone from beginners, to the advanced will find themselves enjoying this amazing state park! The whole trail is about 11 miles with 10 waterfalls to look at. Some of which you can actually go into the water. However that day I only took the short trip.. Stay tuned my friends for more fun adventures! Happy steemin'
