Thanks for the invite @deraa. I considered writing on the second topic but honestly, that's a question I haven't really decided on yet, let's just say I haven't put my feeling brain and thinking brain to a conclusion yet so skip. I'll be answering the first question
IF YOU'RE IN A BAD MOOD, DO YOU PREFER TO BE LEFT ALONE OR HAVE SOMEONE CHEER YOU UP?
I prefer to be left alone when in a bad mood. At that time, I'd rather just dive into my solitude for my sake and the sake of everyone around to avoid snapping at people and doing what they call 'transfer of aggression'. My misery honestly do not like company and I sometimes envy people who wear their mouth on their sleeves and just chat their fowl mood away or let people take away the nark but then, I know I can figure myself out but just need space to reflect and respond. I like to think I'm emotionally independent.
Many times, I hear stereotypes like 'private people bottle up alot of feelings' or 'they lack healthy communication skills' and I understand the misconception, I had a friend who shut up and shut in alot of anger and I know for a fact that storing resentment can be toxic but that is so not me. To paraphrase Deraa, I do not 'mince words' and recoiling to my shell when pissed do not mean I'm not putting things in place when I'm out, I'd rather not just act on impulse. I invite @lizzyblue2 to participate.
