Hello all, this is a rare cloud formation that occurs when the cold air above a warm air mass freezes a layer of ice crystals that fall out of the layer causing a hole to form. You can see the ice falling from the hole. I have been fortunate enuff to see 5 of these formations first hand and have other pictures of the other times. This one was from this morning.
