Blockchain will provide cybersecurity in the US. President of the United States Donald Trump signed a bill on defense, which includes the usage of blockchain technology.
The document says that one of the reasons for adding innovative technologies to the US defense system is its "potential offensive and defense capabilities."
It is also planned to conduct a research to reveal capabilities of using blockchain for crime and extremist purposes. The American authorities intend to find ways to prevent such violations and develop these innovations to use in US federal services’ activities.
