The @actifit activity started around 4:30 this morning and I walked out nearly 2 miles to watch the sunrise over the Sierra Nevada mountains.

I walked to 17,000 steps this morning and walked 9000 steps around the park this evening.

I did a lot of quality yardwork and work in the back yard throughout the day.

I made a little fire to keep me company in the back yard this evening.

I'm soaking my feet in Epsom Salt as I type out this report card. My feet aren't used to the recent high step counts.

So on @pjansen's most recent top 200 @actifit post, I'm in the #3 seat. I'm going to keep pushing but I can't imagine a #2 spot in the rankings.

My feet cannot handle much more activity.
