The day was spent in the house, but I was busy moving around and chasing a two year old. @theharvey and I drove to Home Depot this evening to pickup a few things for some quality steps @luvbnamome baked

It was a busy and physical day. I mowed and edged two lawns and mowed weeds around the junk yard. The weeds love the sunny warm weather after all the rain and fog. My brother built this 1941 Ford pickup

The @actifit day started with a walk through the Thursday swap meet and I purchased a few things. So I purchased 6 vintage c-clamps for $7 and the biggest clamp is all rusted up. The swivel and screw were

Another busy day around the house, but I'm always busy chasing a 2 year old boy around. I wanted more than 14,000 @actifit steps today, so I walked around the big block on the west side of town. I took

The little guy is only 2 years old, but he was a tremendous help today. I don't have an air compressor but I have two inflators. Inflating tires is his favorite thing to do, probably because I'm always

I was busy most of the day and the youngest boy and I did some serious weed whacking at the rental with the old Fords and two Chevys. So this back yard has been full of trumpet vine for decades and will

It has happened again. I posted my @actifit report card and only the 3speak video pops up. I started the day with a walk through the Sunday swap meet and I scored 6000 @actifit steps. I watched NFL football

I walked the Sunday swap meet this morning and I purchased a few small items. The walk-thru scored me over 4000 @actifit steps. I walked the backyard but most of today's steps were scored in the house.

The youngest boy and I walked to the park this afternoon and we played at the park for over one hour. He actually balanced the whole way. A beautiful day Best wishes This report was published via Actifit

So the weather has cleared up in the last day, but it has cooled down a bit. It's still nice enough to wear two shirts and a straw hat, because a beanie gets too hot with the hard pedaling the youngest

So I did a walk through the Thursday swap meet this morning after a light rain and I found sweet deals on a toolbox and a few tool bags. I had to walk the neighborhood park this evening to secure 10,000

The step count was low until I started walking and running the interior of the house with the boys. The youngest boy likes when I chase him around the house. He calls it "roar me" because I roar
