The actifit day started with a walk through the Thursday swap meet, but the most entertaining activity was on a large section of road work on a main road into the city.

So this section of road had dirt shoulders forever, but I walked on the new wide sidewalk on the south side of the road.

What made it so entertaining, is that a supervisor on the job site followed me and was on a radio the whole time.

He kept his distance but followed me during my long walk on the new sidewalk.

The sidewalk was open to pedestrian traffic and runs right into a new neighborhood.

It was entertaining and I think they had a problem with all my photography.

I walked the swap meet twice and walked the large park across the street.

The swap meet parking lot had tree trimmers on my route to my vehicle.

I sold two 50 pound plates this evening, and I carried the plates over my head for a different workout.

I talked to my best friend on the phone for over 2 hours this evening, and I walked the park during the conversation.

I feel like I did 24,000 steps today, but I feel good, and I have some quality stories from all of today's activity.
