I had fixed a flat tire on the newest 3speed rig and it ended up being a sharp rim strip that was puncturing the tube.

I used electrical tape for a new rim strip and put a second trimmed tube for extra puncture protection.

I ended up fixing two flats this way.

I walked the park this evening and the park lawn is covered with Dandelion seed heads.

The park walk put my @actifit step count above 15,000.
