The majority of today's @actifit steps were accumulated walking out of town on my usual route.

The construction is slow at the site of a future place of worship. I have done push-ups on the foundation a few times. One day down the road, the building will have walls and locked doors.

I did a lot of building in the back yard this morning and afternoon, and I moved a few hundred pounds of cast iron weight and a large mound of river walk.
