I'm struggling with a lack of motivation but I hit the road to secure 12,000 @actifit steps.

I think this is the ugliest day of the summer. It is so hot and humid outside.

The whole family and I walked to the park this evening and I walked the house to secure 16,000 @actifit steps.

Best wishes from @runridefly.
