The boys and I were on the highway early this morning to buy a used Strongman Yoke from OfferUp.
I put the huge Yoke in the van, and I will try to remove the yoke tomorrow.
A busy day, but very little done. I just scored 5000 jumping around the house.
I walked down the street to checkout the High Sierra Nevada Mountains.
I watched NCAA wrestling this evening.
