I’ve been buying a lot of free weights and dumbbells on offerup. I moved a rack with dumbbells early today. The heaviest set are 55 pound dumbbells, and I carried them from my van to the backyard.
I was busy most of the afternoon, because the weather was so nice. Weed whacked the front yard and washed two cars.
I walked over 6000 steps earlier in the morning, and I’m so happy to score a 10,000 step count.
