I drove to a neighboring town to purchase a lot of hex dumbbells and a rack, so I carried 500 pounds today.

I had to gain additional 3000 steps to secure the 5000 @actifit step minimum, so I walked the steps this evening.

I wish I had more activity to report, but at least I was motivated to gain my steps.
