So it had been weeks since I scored my last #AutomaticWin, so I jumped at the chance to walk 10,000 steps before 10 AM this morning.
The California wildfires have destroyed the sky, but it was still 103° today with 30% + humidity.
I gained most of today’s steps before the extreme heat, and walked 3000 steps this evening.
I survived to walk another day.
