Don't regret it as it will only hold you back. Rather keep pushing on to new heights! A day before the pump I had the opportunity to liquidate 2.3k steem for hive at around 1.7k sats but I already had bought 5k hive so I thought that's enough for the day, let's wait and see if tomorrow I'll be able to get some more, cheaper.

Ahh, yes! The age-old tactic of buying low and selling high. You are right. That's how traders make their pockets cha-ching.

It might seem easy but it requires quite a lot of self-control and discipline. Being able not to FOMO in, sell at a loss to try and catch profit elsewhere or FUD out because you are feeling like the boat is sinking and it will never float back to the top.

This is something I have yet managed to achieve and I sometimes let the mind overrule and keep repeating the same dumb mistakes as before.

FOMO seems to be the hardest to eradicate as the mind is so irrational.
