Not sure if it's a word but I get the point. Yeah, it's quite complicated and get's even more complicated the deeper you think about everything which could go into calculating the rep and amount of rewards given out per user based on that rep.

I liked how SteemUA calculated reputation.

We should take something like that and build from there to create an even better reputation system.
