Its so dumb we do nothing for people for a year and at the tail end when most people dont need it we drop a bunch of money on covid relief once covid is pretty much done. Add to that more money went to public pensions and pork than went to americans or vaccine projects. Dont blame biden though he doesnt have a clue whats going on someome else is doing this
