Earth is a wonderful and beautiful place to live. From her thick forest to the vast oceans,her beauty is incomparable.
It saddens to see that due to the greed of some people, she is fading away as people try to take away what makes her beautiful, ranging from feeding her with chemicals, polluting her air and waters which in turn brings about climate crises for its inhabitants.
In this post,I will be sharing three songs that relates to Mother Earth and how it has been affected by its inhabitants.
The First song I will be sharing today is;
This song was released in 1995 and it addresses humanity and society in general. It questions why the Earth is not treated with love and care as people are destroying everything in the world due to their greed.
This song serves as a call to action to do something about it and make the world a better place for everyone.
Secondly;
This song was released in 2007 and it describes how people are destroying Mother Nature and need help to change our ways. It also describes the damage people have done to the environment from cutting down rain forests to polluting the air etc.
‘S.O.S. (Mother Nature)’ is a plea for people to take better care of the earth. It talks about how climate change is rapidly changing the earth and that the earth is in danger because of how fast everything is happening.
Lastly;
This song was released in 2017 and it has a clear purpose which is to spread awareness of the issue of climate change.
The earth believes in humanity and wishes that humanity could believe in the earth. The song points out that the earth isn’t eternal and that there are consequences for not caring about the planet.
