Even if u reboot it, ayaw pa rin? Thats really sad. This is like the same issue with my samsung naman but it's really an old model..it started when I drop it and since then, it would just start to patay, buhay. I brought it to the repair shop kaso ang mahal so di ko na tinuloy. Aigoyahhhhh.
