They are everywhere right now, I know there are accounts that target those kind of comments but maybe some are just good in avoiding it and knows how to remain unnoticed by it. And if they read a content, I am sure they can see something in there that they can give opinion or a comment. There are times too that when I read a post, it's really hard what to mention in the whole thing so what I did was just comment about that one thing they share, for example the foods. Like its really true that I haven't tasted those kind of food yet so i'll comment that. That could be a good start too of a great conversation no? At least, it is still a meaningful comment. And if they don't really have something to say in it, better just leave a like and leave. 😅
