I love that you decided to habe a pet to teach your kids how to love animals. That's just sweet and they'll surely grow with a lot of love for them ฅ^•ﻌ•ฅ. On the other hand, people who abuse animals is just so bad. If they don't like them, why not just ignore right? What happened to your dog is really sad. And cat is also a very cute pet. I don't really like cat before, but it change when we started having a cat. I discovered how sweet they can be. But most of the time they are naughty and always hungry. Still, that makes them really lovable. ฅ^•ﻌ•ฅ
