Rbh, I like ketchup more when it comes to tortang talong. I just love the sweet taste from the ketchup kasi which I think taste so much better with the talong. But I also like toyomansi. Hehehe

Its been a while since I last made tortang talong. And I see u don't use flour too when making it. Masarap din naman yung may flour kasi nagiging crispy. Kaso kapag malamig na di ko na bet. Iba pa rin talaga kapag with eggs lang 🤤🤤🤤🌼🌼
