That challenge of dealing with people! That's the hardest coz you really have to be understanding all the time. Like, ikaw yong bago, so have no choice but to adjust for them. But if you have strategy na for that, then much better. And yeah, it is still too early so while in there better just enjoy and learn from it, like a stepping stone.
