Widget Error

It's been really helpful using Habits mobile software on my Android device. I get notified to take an action which is really good .

I had an issue some time ago not being able to get notification from the app. Probably the app wasn't open or it was force closed . I don't know. Which resulted to missing of events.
I got an idea to create a widget for my upcoming events . So it can be displayed on my home screen .

Widgets Issue

After I created an even Widget , it refuses to show on my home screen.
It's displays Error Drawing Widget as the error message.

how to reproduce bug.

I have made a gif on the steps taken to reproduce the bug .

I created a widget of another application and it worked fine.

device and app version used.

Habbit tracker version 1.7.8 on Android 5.1 lolipop.

conclusion

I'm calling on the app builder team to fix the error before the release of next update.
