just for reference, its hard to get exact numbers but in belgium

to run the miniserver from home 24/7 doing posts, cronjobs, replies parsing and all the stuff needed for goldmanmorgan alone , cost of electricity comes down to (that's rought calc so its inbetweenies) 7 to 10 steem per DAY at current rates

so i would need steemit for the two accounts to get me that (not counting costs for use of the grid, transport of energy, taxes, extra taxes on power and probably some extra taxes on taxes) , even without the downvote trolls i'm a bit away from that margin ...

so we'll be looking into
#stuff ... the difference between running voters for curation or simply passive does not warrant the price of energy consumption and since i dont vote for charity it IS an issue to a bum like me ...

fyi as i just got onto that ... i got no intention of dropping anything but the way things are , the way i was going is clearly costing more than it gets , if it were to even break even i could justify it , but right now its a bit hard

With all due respect and awe for the tek and software , design behind it all, leaving out the unreal marketing and hyper-inflation and the trolling : i can not honestly expect upmewhale, tipu and curie to give me full makeover daily just to break even, thats simply not realistic. As independence is one of my prime needs i can also not honestly grovel for third parties to sell hot air i aint got yet to fund me. So at the moment the way it was would come down to me putting money in it to hand out to people across the globe i do in fact not know. I don't have that kind of finance, plain and simple

im just gonna have to figure something out. I can still spend time on the game, the hosting is free and the pc's are on when im on them anyway ...
