Some people want to be able to sense the speed of change but it is very difficult from inside the moving vehicle.
I'm always way out there even if there's a lot who would like to box me up in their classic left-right axis (been elections here and i dont know what to make of it across europe .. nationalgreen-socialism ?) The establishment has gotten some clear signals but if what they tell me is correct here in my little country the ultras have gone from 4% to 18% in one streak ... that's food for thought.
My point of view however as an outcast and a freak probably has me see things (lol) sometimes that aren't there to others and might be not there at all. The thing is, once you start altering the speed instead of letting it flow you are basically creating genetically modified communities instead of organic and from all ive seen, heard and read evolution is always to be preferred over revolution as basically ..

they call it many things but i don't think it's exactly one of that, i got just this hyperthreading brain sometimes which makes it hard to focus on one thought at once (which is i sometimes speak in brackets, finishing a thought that popped up in the middle first)

revolution is basically just waiting for the next one to happen as it tends to replace one extreme with the other and the very nature of nature is to move to the center ... but that's good and bad since if it ever got there all things would stop moving .. and that would probably be game over
the new business models, whatever they are will be hampered by regulation anyway, by people who NEED them to look like the old business models in some kind of a protective reflex which ends up stifling innovation ofcourse
and ofcourse, i'm aware that humanity as is is probably not ready to be let loose on itself, it just is the question wether the regulators are superhuman enough to do what they do there.
But , like water, eventually it finds a crack, and the rock never beats the sear over time, right :p

The propaganda, to use a hard word should probably focus more on the oodles of startups, companies who literally run on blockchain, employment created, disruption (aka new ways of thinking) and families who DEPEND on the revenue by business related to it.
not the speculation ... it's babysteps ... we shall see, that's for sure, for better or worse
