It means you're old enough to call most "investors" newcomers who have no clue what it was about (ahem ...) and mostly it means you got screwed, it means that's how they get people to CRY OUT for regulation .. the scams and the stripmines, it's the oldest trick in the book. Look the other way until they beg you.

I got another "airmail" from Japan. It's nice to see people are on it, but in my case, however : although i did apply (its been a while now i suppose) i basically have no idea how i would prove my identity. It's not like back then those things were regulated like they are now, and very few people would register with their name, phonenumber and photo to get on what was then an "obscure" underground exchange ..
I lost access to the email account i used to log in with because some years ago microsoft blocked it for "no reasons given" as it literally said in their reply and i'm pretty sure my picture and real name aren't to be found anywhere @ mtGox from back then so unless i can submit the yubikey i bought (they had special mtGox yubikeys i probably better throw in the towel.
It's , as far as i can remember maybe around one BTC (that was about ... $100 to $200 maybe, its a while ago) but if there were any possibility i would ofcourse try since that is now about 10 times as much and to me a lot of money.
I totally understand you can't just aid people "because they say so" but i just wanted to ask, asking can't hurt. If that yubikey would count as proof of id ? It's really the only thing i have left from it :)
