Escoger el mejor gol del año es una cosa complicada porque hay cientos que merecerían estar siquiera nombrados pero por razones obvias no se puede. Así que sabiendo esto lo que intentaré hacer es poner por acá un top 5 con los que yo creo que pueden ser los más vistosos, importantes, relevantes y mejores ejecutados que puedo recordar. Hacer esto hacia el final del año es muy entretenido porque es volver a vivir grandes momentos que nos dejaron las diferentes ligas o la Champions League. Acá va mi lista, si recuerdan otros pues sin problema me lo dejan en los comentarios.

El mejor gol del año es este, no puede haber discusión. Además de lo estético que fue, la trayectoria del balón, por el ángulo por donde entra ese balón hay que considerar los otros escenarios. Hacer un gol de esta magnitud en cuartos de final de la Champions contra el que era vigente campeón y a un portero como Courtois, es algo que enaltece muchísimo más todo. Lo vivido aquel día fue impresionante porque Rice venía de hacer otro golazo de tiro libre, hacer dos siendo uno mejor que el otro es una locura. Un partido que terminan ganando el Arsenal 3-0 dominando ampliamente al Real Madrid creo que merece tener el mejor gol del año.

Me gustan los goles que además de ser muy técnicos tengan un peso importante en los partidos/eliminatorias que se esté disputando. Este gol del georgiano fue clave para la remontada del PSG en los cuartos de final de Champions League. De por si Kvicha es muy ágil y habilidoso con la pelota, tiene mucha gambeta pero lo que hace acá, la forma en como se deja tirados a dos jugadores para después definir a un lugar en donde pocos arqueros llegan es extraordinario. Creo que el gol va mucho con lo que fue el año del PSG. Probablemente para muchos no sea tan vistoso pero para mi es increíble, hay que ser realmente un crack para poder facturar un gol como este.

Primer gol 100% desconocido para todos y para verlo vayan al minuto 2:50. Este gol lo pudo haber hecho Ibrahimović, Giroud o cualquier jugador que se caracterice por hacer grandes anotaciones pero no, lo hizo un neerlandés en la liga de Países Bajos jugador del AZ Alkmaar, equipo que termina goleando además. Lo pongo en la lista porque el nivel técnico que hay que tener para lograr controlar y definir de la manera en la que él lo hace es demencial. Son de esos goles que nadie conoce y deberían de tener más divulgación; creo que perfectamente pudiera estar participando para el Puzkas del año que viene. Goles así les aseguro no se ven todos los días.

Otro gol totalmente desconocido pero esta es la magia de estos recuentos, encontrarse con anotaciones en ligas que muy pocas personas ven. Esto sucedió en la Liga de Serbia y estuvo a cargo de un escocés quien se sacó de la manga hacer un gol de más de 30 metros emulando el gran gol que hizo una vez Luis Suárez con el Liverpool. Hablar del contexto del partido no tiene sentido pero si lo podemos hacer sobre gol. Claramente es un chute que quiere hacer porque se percata que el portero está un tanto adelantado y decide hacer semejante cosa. Estoy seguro que estos goles salen una sola vez en la vida, no es lo mismo a un tiro libre o una jugada elaborada, hacer este tipo de pagadas es muy complicado lo que hace que el gol sea una belleza.

No podía faltar el que ganó el Puzkas este año, una verdadera obra de arte. Si de por si hacer un gol de chilena es algo difícil, imaginen hacerlo fuera del área. Lo impresionante de todo es lo que hace Montiel para quitarse la marca y acomodarse apropiadamente para poder hacer el gesto de pegarle prácticamente de espalda al arco. Una verdadera locura de gol. Uno siempre se queda con las chiles de CR7 que son muy vistosas pero creo que a partir de ahora hay que tomar como referencia esta porque creo que es de las mejores que he visto nunca, sobretodo por la distancia y donde termina cayendo el balón en la arquería.
