Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu. How are you all? I hope everyone is healthy and by God's grace, everyone is doing well in this rain. I am also in your prayers and God's infinite mercy. Alhamdulillah I am very well.
Laitta fish is a very favorite fish of mine because even though this fish has a lot of cuts, it is much better to eat it when it is soft. Today in the morning a man came to our house to sell Laitta fish.
What else can I say, I am crazy with happiness. I hurriedly went to her and bought a kilo of Laitta fish. I couldn't control my greed. My mother-in-law said, "Don't eat today. A lot of things have been cooked. I heard someone's words. I quickly separated half of the fish and kept the rest in the fridge."
Then I washed them well and put them in a container so that the water drains well.
If there is any mistake in my writing. Of course you will look at forgiveness with a beautiful eye. Wishing everyone to be well and healthy, I am leaving here today. Allah is Hafez. Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu.
I finely chopped two medium sized onions and cooked them outside. Now it was noon to cut the fish.
As soon as the onion turns a little red, add chili powder, turmeric root, salt, garlic paste and mix the spices well.
When the masala is cooked, I have added the laitta fish, now I will lower the flame and cook the laitta fish well.
When it was well cooked, I picked up the fish. Look how beautiful the fish looks. My mouth watered with greed. You must have.
If you want, you can make it very easily and you can eat fried fish.
