Hola muy buenos Días, buenas tardes, buenas noches todo depende del lugar en donde te encuentras y la hora en la que estas leyendo esto, me presento me llamo Rubén levy tengo 26 años de edad y me gusta mucho escribir y hablarle a las personas el día de hoy voy a hacer mi primer blog el cual después de pensarlo mucho por fin he escogido mi primer tema. El tema que escogí está relacionado conforme a lo que se vive en a la actualidad. voy a hablar sobre el Liderazgo sin más preámbulo vamos a comenzar.
¿Que es el liderazgo?

Today I am going to make my first blog that after thinking about it a lot, I have finally chosen my first topic. The theme I chose is related to what is experienced today. I'm going to talk about leadership without further ado, let's get started.
What is leadership?
Si me pongo definir que es el liderazgo seria más de lo mismo creo que casi todo en algún momento de nuestras vidas hemos escuchado el concepto de liderazgo o haberlo buscado la definición en wikipedia para algún trabajo, pero hoy he venido a argumentar cosas distintas que pienso sobre el liderazgo y quiero comenzar diciendo que siempre he pensado que la humanidad se clasifica en 2 grupos, los líderes y los que tienen que ser liderados con esto no quiero decir que tú no seas un líder o que no puedes serlo sino que algunas veces hay personas que nacen con ese talento de poder dirigir masas por el buen camino por supuesto. Ya partiendo de esos dos puntos ahora vamos a hablar de los líderes, cuando escucho la palabra líder se me viene a la mente los políticos, los empresarios, gerente y militares entre otros y ¿que tiene en común todos ellos? yo siempre he pensado es en la capacidad sé resolver problemas
Pero hoy en día a mi corta edad que tengo he leído mucho y hago comparaciones con lo que he leído lo que he vivido y los argumentos de las personas que ya han vivido más que yo y he llegado a la conclusión que los líderes están en peligro de extinción. ¿Por que digo esto? te explico con el respeto de todos los lectores quiero decir que creo que en Dios hablo así por que quizás tú que lees esto no crees en Dios y aun así mereces respeto por tu decisión. Ok continuo Pienso que el líder supremo en Dios con sus palabras nos dirigen al buen camino. Pero vamos a hablar de otros puntos como el liderazgo en la política, hablar de política en un tema que causa mucha contienda en casi todos los lugares del mundo.
If I define what leadership is, it would be more of the same, I think that almost everyone at some point in our life has heard the concept of leadership or we have looked for the definition in Wikipedia for some work, but today I have come to argue different things that I think of leadership and I want to start by saying that I have always thought that humanity is classified into 2 groups, the leaders and those who have to be led with this I do not mean that you are not a leader that you cannot become one of them, only that sometimes there are people who are born with that talent of being able to lead the masses on the right path of course. Starting from these two points, we are now going to talk about leaders. The word leader brings to mind politicians, businessmen, managers, and the military, among others, and what do they all have in common? I have always thought about the ability to solve problems.
But today at my young age I have read a lot and I make comparisons with what I have read, what I have lived and the arguments of people who have already lived longer than me and I have come to the conclusion that leaders are in danger of extinction. Why am I saying this? I explain it to you with the respect of all readers. I mean that I believe that in God I speak like that because perhaps you who read this do not believe in God and still deserve respect for your decision. Ok continued I believe that the supreme leader in God with his words will guide us on the right path. But we are going to talk about other points such as leadership in politics, talking about politics is a topic that generates a lot of controversy in almost all parts of the world.
Yo siempre he pensado que la politica no es para todo el mundo. Yo pienso que la politica debe ser para las personas que tiene el sentido de bienestar por los demas. y no el bienes propio para no dar mas de detalles de muchas cosas que ocurren en la politica.
Ahora amigo tu que lees esto quieres ser un lider yo te aconsejo que fortalezcas dos cosas la primera preocupate por quienes te siguen su bienestar, su proteccion y su futuro. la segunda es en resolver problema tenemos una herramienta muy poderosa llamada ingenio nunca lo olvides.
Ahora hemos llegado al segundo punto que a casi todas las personas que le comento esto no les gustan por que lo primero que me dicen ¿tu me estas queriendo decir que yo no puedo ser un lider? y no es asi y lo voy explicar hablemos de los liderados.
¿Quienes son los liderados?
I have always thought that politics is not for everyone. I think politics should be for people who have a sense of well-being for others. and not the heritage itself so as not to give more details of many things that happen in politics.
Now my friend, you who read this want to be a leader, I advise you to strengthen two things. The first is to worry about those who follow you, their well-being, their protection and their future. the second is to solve problems we have a very powerful tool called ingenuity, never forget it.
Now we have reached the second point that almost all the people who comment on this do not like it because the first thing they tell me, are you trying to tell me that I cannot be a leader? And it is not like that and I will explain it to you, let's talk about the people to lead.
Es obvio definir que ellos son los que siguen al líder pero el echo que tu este siendo liderado no quiere decir que no seras un líder, voy a contar una anécdota de mi vida. Desde que tengo uso de razón siempre me ha gustado el futbol incluso de chico soñaba con ser un futbolista profesional cerca de donde vivo queda un campo de futbol en el cual yo entrenaba allí me ocurrió algo que dio una enseñanza yo me desempeñaba como medio campistas posición que era debatida por otros 4 compañeros más y yo pero entre nosotros había un compañero que tenia un talento impresionante la manera en que jugaba como corría como le pegaba a la pelota y casi ni entrenaba duro era algo como que llevaba en la sangre y por supuesto como él jugaba mejor que todos merecía ser titular y eso ami me causaba mucho enojo ya que yo quería ser titular y en una oportunidad le comente a mi padre y el me dijo unas sabias palabras mi padre me dijo "tranquilo hijo hay personas que nacen con un talento y otras que lo desarrollan esforzándose mucho en tu caso comparado con el, tú tienes que desarrollarlo" desde que allí me esforcé primero por igualarlo y segundo superarlo y con mucho esfuerzo logre igualarlo y con el tiempo superarlo al final yo quede como titular. Eso aplica para todo quizás en estos momentos no tienes el talento de dirigir, proteger, y buscar soluciones pero puedes desarrollarlo, la sociedad día a día va al colapso no lo digo lo dicen las personas que el tiempo les ha pasado facturá hablo de los viejos ellos te cuentan su niñez, su adolescencia y dicen que no se parece nada a la actual por tal motivo hoy en día no se debe perder el verdadero sentido del liderazgo para si tener un buen desarrollo sustentable.Espero que te allá gustado lo que leíste dejame tu comentario.

Near where I live there is a soccer field where I trained there, something happened to me that gave me a lesson, I played as a midfielder, among us there was a teammate who had an impressive talent, the way he played, ran, hit the ball and he hardly trained hard, it was surprising, it was something like he had it in his blood and, of course, since he played better than the others, he deserved to be a starter. and that caused me a lot of anger since I wanted to be the headline once I told my dad and he said some wise words, my dad told me "take it easy son, there are people who are born with that talent and others who have to develop it in your case in front of him you have to develop it "from there I made an effort first to equal it and second to overcome it and with a lot of effort I managed to equalize it and with time I managed to overcome it. In the end I am still the owner of the midfield. That applies to everything, perhaps at this moment you do not have the talent to lead, protect and seek solutions but you can develop it, society is going to collapse every day, older people talk about their childhood, their adolescence and they tell you that It is nothing like the current one, so today you must not lose the true sense of leadership to have a good sustainable development.
