The window fan pours air across my face
I sift and set my feet
To caress a dream
to shift its gems
into my palmed heart beats

image.png

I think of faces I could be behind
I shift my view
To hold what you
could see in a shimmer
or on a beam

image.png

Do dreams provide a way
to slip into another day
another life on earth
so two progress
in the time of one?

image.png

I savor the dream as it slips
down a river of routines
a flurry of falls
misty errands tumble
until I crash back to bed

image.png

I delight in my garden dreams
filled rubies and citrine
gold and sapphire
amythest and quartz
when love can begin
