According to Ed Dowd, former Black Rock fund manager for 10 years in the early 2000's, the credit markets are maxed out and the crash is here. The chart above acknowledges this. This is the Great Reset. They have looted our treasuries globally and will now institute the crash stealing everything all the way down. Then usher in the Fed Coin and go all digital.
