As far as the kill shot goes, it's got nothing to do with their pathetic bioweapon and everything to do with implementing the "Social Credit" system. Well, and easing in trans humanism, but the main thing is to bring on the Chinese style system of control. VAX pass is the beginning, then they will start adding things to it and before you know it your face will be on the video screen in Times Square or Shibuya Scramble chastising you because you j-walked or docking your bank account because you said a hurty word.
