Glad to hear you are safe. The mask recommendations were reprehensible, possibly criminal. The US Government did the same thing because they were worried about health care workers not having them. Still they should have told the truth, that masks absolutely provide protection, but we have a severe shortage so please make your own so our health care professionals have enough. That would have been simple, understood by everyone and a lot better than lying. Many people are losing faith in institutions in the US.

I will be doing a blog today about Zinc and Chloroquine. I've done one before, but this will be more in depth explanation of the two. When you know what you are dealing with it is much easier to protect yourself. Knowledge is power. Stay safe!
