This week I'd like to bring you some tunes from Japan. The first one is probably one of the biggest J-pop songs I've heard in a while, Ado's "New Genesis". I first heard it at one of my gem shows last year in August. The organizers played it several times every day and it clicked. Then it blew up in Japan.
Sakura season in Japan + the best band in Japan = Wagakki Band's cover of Sen Bon Zakura(1,000 sakura trees).
Last up, one for the ladies or the guys, because 80's(technically 1979) J-pop always hits the spot. Miki Matsubara's "Stay With Me".
