At least eight people were arrested in #NewYork on Wednesday during a protest against the outcome of the President Donald #Trump's impeachment trial.
Hundreds of New Yorkers expressed their discontent with the Senate's vote #acquitting Trump on both charges of abuse of power and obstruction of congress.
Demonstrators were met with a smaller counter-protest with large numbers of police deployed in the area.
