Second Iranian oil tanker 'Forest' arrives at Venezuela's largest refinery

'Forest', the second oil tanker from Iran arrived in Venezuela's largest refinery, the Paraguana refinery complex, in Falcon state. The tanker, Forest, was welcomed by authorities and staff of Punta Cardon port, who were seen waving Iranian and Venezuelan flags.
