Recommendation:
I recommend the use of fibre glass material to manufacture the turbine blades for easier production and efficient aerodynamics.
The gear used should be automatic with a brake to regulate the voltage output.
A controller circuit should be built to monitor the wind speed, the voltage output and the yaw movement.
5.1 Conclusion
A switch from non renewable energy to renewable energy is beneficial to earth, it is cost effective and requires little or no maintenance.
The wind is available all the time but at different density and velocity, it is best to make improvement on full utilization of the wind power available at anytime. An hybrid system using two different energy resources will be ideal in increasing the output value.
